No, when you choose a health insurer, there will be no lock-in contracts to join the program.

You can use your holiday vouchers at any time by logging into a holiday site that we will provide you access to. You will also be sent regular specials and offers that you can take advantage of through the year, or you can take advantage of the many offers available every day on the site.
Put simply, they don’t. Your holiday vouchers never expire providing you transact at least once every 24 months.
Yes, the holiday vouchers are fully transferrable to anyone you nominate.
Put simply, there isn’t any. This is a promotion being made available by certain Australian health fund partners as an incentive for you to join their program. You will only receive the holiday voucher promotion if you compare and switch to a new policy with a new provider.
At Healthy Rewards, we match dollar for dollar on the amount you spend on your health insurance policy; but that is capped at $4,000. So for example, if your policy is usually $3,200 per annum, you’ll receive $3,200 in holiday vouchers. However, if you have a policy that is $4,700 per annum, you would only receive a maximum of $4,000* in holiday vouchers.
Your holiday vouchers can be applied as a partial payment towards Flexible Rate for stays in hotel and resort rooms and apartments at participating properties. A full list of participating properties and accommodation rates will be available to you when you join our program.
The "Best Flexible Rate" is the best rate in the market place available to consumers for a booking that does not carry restrictions as advised by the hotel or resort or determined by the promotion company when comparing the same room type.
The Healthy Rewards have validity dates that are clearly itemised. Your rewards expire providing you transact at least once every 24 months.

When you join, you’ll be provided with a phone number where you can book your preferred resort and holiday dates. Our team be able to confirm your booking, or advise the closest available dates. Yes, you will receive an Accommodation Voucher confirming your booking number, relevant details of your holiday booking and resort arrival instructions, confirmation of the balance of the accommodation charges paid by you, your holiday voucher serial number(s), and any other booking particulars requested by you.

Your accommodation payment is required upon confirmation of your requested accommodation and booking dates. This is the amount set out in the accommodation price chart in the promotion brochure and on the website - less the maximum redeemable rewards from your holiday vouchers which is deducted at the time of making your booking.
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, bank transfer or with the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, BankCard (1.98% surcharge), Diners Club and American Express (3.3% surcharge). With payment by cheque, bookings can only be guaranteed upon receipt of cleared funds.
Should you cancel your accommodation booking after full payment is made, no refund applies. Resort extras are also non-refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. However, you can amend your booking dates for your selected resort as often as you require up to 35 days prior to your booked arrival date for a processing fee of $25, and you can also transfer your accommodation booking to another party, without penalty or incurring amendment fees. Only name amendments will be permitted within 35 days of arrival at your booked resort. No cancellations or amendments are permitted for "Last minute specials". At the sole discretion of the promoters, and subject to the booked resort and the specific room inventory being utilised for another booking, cancellations and date changes may be permitted within 35 days prior to your booked arrival date, subject to a $100 fee.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your holiday as soon as you have decided on your preferred resort and holiday dates. Whilst we have a substantial number of participating properties, certain hotel and room categories are very popular. Although we strongly advise against leaving your booking as late as possible, we will accept bookings with a minimum 21 days booking notice required. Bookings will only be accepted within 21 days’ notice at the discretion of our promoter.
The participating hotels and resorts are generally available between 8 and 9 months of each calendar year. Resort availability is restricted or excluded during most School Holidays. Public Holidays, Special Events and other Peak Season periods may also be excluded. However, restrictions and exclusions are determined by the destination and properties. Hotels and resorts in many destinations are also available from time to time during otherwise restricted dates. You’ll have direct online access to view all of your holiday preferences for up-to-date resort availability and recommendations. All requested booking dates are subject to promotion availability.
Please retain your holiday vouchers in a safe place. Should you lose or misplace your rewards, you must notify our team immediately and the serial number will be cancelled by our Reservations Team. A replacement (s) will be issued to you at this time.
